Artwork Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring:

- Files meet our upload guidelines
Freedom Expressions is not responsible for issues caused by low‑quality or incorrect customer‑provided files.
Proofs & Approvals
Some orders may require a digital proof. Once approved:
- Production begins immediately
- Changes or cancellations cannot be made
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices may vary based on:
- Garment type
- Quantity
- Printing method
- Artwork complexity
Payment terms will be provided at checkout or in your custom quote. Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
4. Production & Turnaround Times
Standard production time is 2–3 weeks, though many orders are completed sooner depending on availability and order size.
Turnaround time begins once:
- Payment is received
- Artwork is approved (if applicable)
Delays caused by customer response time, artwork issues, or supply shortages may extend production.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
Once an order has shipped:
- Freedom Expressions is not responsible for carrier delays
- Tracking information will be provided
- Lost or damaged packages will be handled in cooperation with the carrier
Local pickup is available at our Darien Center, NY location.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
Because all items are custom‑printed, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the issue is due to our error.
We will replace items that are:
- Misprinted
- Incorrect based on your approved proof
- Damaged upon arrival
To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and images—are the property of Freedom Expressions and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Customer-provided artwork remains the property of the customer. By submitting artwork, you grant us permission to print and reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
8. Limitation of Liability
Freedom Expressions is not liable for:
- Losses caused by incorrect customer‑provided information
- Delays caused by carriers or suppliers
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.
